01 / About

10x engineer, end to end.

I'm the engineer you hand the whole problem to. From LeetCode to system design to infrastructure, I'm good at every layer of the job, and I go as deep as the problem needs.

What makes me 10x is how I build. I run agentic workflows that keep development moving 24/7: agents pick up tickets, write and test the code and open pull requests, while I design, review and ship. More gets built, with minimal bugs and almost no regressions.

Off the clock: CS2, football, the gym and cooking.

  1. Acai Travel

    AI agents for travel contact centres, airlines, OTAs & DMCs

    1. Senior Software Engineer

    2. Software Engineer

      Feb 2025 – Mar 2026 · Nagpur, IN · Remote

    • Acai Desk. Re-architected our AI helpdesk for travel, a full ticketing system, from scratch in just 4–6 weeks. Moved it from Render to AWS EKS and rebuilt the logging pipeline.
    • Analytics. Built the usage dashboards and product metrics in Metabase and PostHog.
    • Agentic development. Built workflows that take a feature request or bug from a Linear ticket all the way to an approved PR. I run almost the entire technical side of the product on my own.
    • Autopilot engine. Architected and built the platform-wide engine: it connects to omnichannel sources like Genesys, Zendesk, NICE CXone, Salesforce and Outlook, and runs agent actions based on features extracted from each case.
    • LLM, MCP and A2A services. Worked across all three: the LLM service (one gateway to Azure OpenAI, Bedrock and Claude, with RAG and evals), the MCP service (platform actions exposed as tools any agent can call) and the A2A service (agents handing tasks to other agents).
    • Shipped in weeks. For each one I designed the architecture, presented it to the team and our principal engineer, got design approval and shipped it end to end, down to production monitoring for multiple clients, working directly with customers and their engineers.
    • Mentoring. Mentor a squad of five engineers.

    AI training for frontier LLMs, delivered via Outlier for Scale AI

      Feb 2024 – Present · Remote

    • RLHF, SFT and prompt-engineering work on multi-turn models such as Llama 3 and Gemini: 15+ projects, 450+ high-impact tasks.
    • Promoted to team lead for multimodal LLM training, leading engineers across South Asia and South America.

    Product studio building full-stack products for US clients

      Jul 2021 – Jan 2024 · Remote

    • Built 5+ products from scratch, from schema and API design to delivery: Raised, WhisperChain, NFTorNOT, SuperText, Moxie and the Sales Sparrow iOS app.
    • Started on Node.js backends, then Python (Django, Flask), then SwiftUI on iOS. Ended up leading full-stack delivery and mentoring three interns.

    Retail media and ad-tech platform

    • Built the Create Upload Service: one backend for image search across Unsplash, Shutterstock and Pexels, covering 10M+ images.
